 Establishment

OriGene DNA Testing Company Limited is an innovative and technology-driven enterprise that was founded in response to the growing demand for reliable proof of natural or traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) raw materials. This demand has been driven by the implementation of policies promoting the modernization and internationalization of TCM in China, as well as an increased focus on product tracking and traceability. Our co-founders recognized this need and collaborated with a university professor and their team, who possess over 25 years of experience in DNA identification, to establish OriGene. The company’s goal is to develop and promote DNA barcode technology for identifying raw materials in the health and TCM product industry, thereby filling the gap in the current market for identification and testing technology.
